Re: Me
I’m a writer and editor living in Austin, Texas. My writing has appeared in Esquire, Men’s Journal, Spin, Blender, Texas Monthly, the Texas Observer, the Washington Post, and the Austin American-Statesman, among other places. I’ve written features, profiles, reviews, essays, speeches, songs, one haiku, and too many congratulatory and honorary resolutions (for the Texas Legislature).
I’ve also worked as a musician, improviser, stained-glass glazier, radio DJ, copy editor, customer service manager, waiter, and teacher of English in the Czech Republic.
And I can make a hand shadow of Richard Nixon, a dying art if ever there was one.
